1. Your logs should also contain “Plex Media Server.log” (the current) as well as the other “current” logs. Your ZIP file had none. Did you remove them?

2. The logs I do have still show DSM 6 not DSM 7. You are on DSM 7 ?

3. Please review the top portion then pay very close & detailed attention to the “Migration Instructions” part. I don’t think migration started for you .
