Unable to get past the “This package is not supported on the platform of DiskStation or is incompatible with the current DSM version.” message.

Apologies if this was covered, but I was not able to find it easily in the search. There are lots of mentions for the previous DSM 7 version.

I did follow the guidelines from @ChuckPa in migrating from DSM 6.2 to DSM 7, but I just get stuck at the manual installation step. I remember long ago having to update the package manually to allow newer versions of DSM. Is that possible?

@trumpy81, I must have been tired as it was 0200. I thought I had tried them all especially that one first. It is not like this was my first time installing and I thought I was being good by selecting the one for my series. Oh Well. Live and learn.
