This seems to have done the trick for me as well. It’s taking much longer on “Installing…” this time. Thank you very much!
I don’t have a way to interactively update the display at that “installing” stage else I would show you progress.
You can look at Migration.log to see the current status instead.
It will look like this
It will require about 3 minutes per each 1000 items you have indexed into Plex.
10,000 items (movies, tv, music, photos) ~= 30 minutes to migrate.
Don’t panic if DSM give you “invalid operation” or wants you to log in again… It’s fickle.
The installer will run to completion. Migration.log will confirm.
