Synology firewall port configuration for external use

Version of Plex you are using : 1.16.5.1554
Version of DSM you are using : DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3

Hello,

I am having a problem with the external use of plex.
I wish to have access to plex through KODI (on smartphone and PC), everything works perfectly except at the configuration of my firewall (any open port, it works, once unconfigured port closed, it does not work more).

Currently, I configured ports 32400,3005,32469 in tcp and 1900 in udp.
I have also done the test by configuring port 5353,32410, 32412, 32413, 3241 in udp and 8324 in tcp, but it has not changed anything (https://support.plex.tv/articles/201543147-what-network-ports-do-i-need-to-allow-through-my-firewall/).

I conclude that there are other ports that need to be configured, but I can not find anything.

Can you help me please?

Thank you in advance for all your suggestions.

That’s a question you need to ask in the Kodi sections if you’re accessing the Kodi core.
Plex for Kodi is only a plug-in to Kodi itself.

If you have a Plex Media Server installation on your Synology, you only need 32400 open for remote access. It can then be accessed via a web browser or any of the Plex mobile apps.

The purpose is actually to view plex via kodi, but the problem is not kodi, but plex and more specifically, its ports.
The remote access in the plex server settings signal me that I do not have internet access.
Something that works when I disable the firewall of my synology or allow access to the unfilled rule.

Indeed, 32400 is all Plex server needs for remote. If it works when you disable the firewall, then I’d probably investigate why the firewall isn’t allowing 32400.
“once unconfigured port closed, it does not work more” What does this mean?
