Server Version#:Synology DS920+ with Celeron J4125 and DSM7.1 update 3

Trying to setup a new NAS for PMS. downloaded the intel version (64ibit) from downloads and installed with a token from Plex. Was able to install and claim server but app will not run. Just has spinning wheel in window. What am I doing wrong?
Stop Plex
Open FileStation
Navigate to PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
Right-Click “Logs” → “Compress to Logs.zip”
Download that ZIP and attach here please.
We’ll see what it doesn’t like.

You can’t use a FQDN or QuickConnect link in Package Center for this first step.
Yes on the same subnet. think the address is :5000 though. I am opening package and doing a manual install.
on Synology:
http://10.0.1.45:5000 == DSM desktop app
http://10.0.1.45:32400/web == Plex Web desktop app
^^ When you open this, you should see the browser window change color and the Plex logo should start
it does but the pinwheel never stops and page is locked
DOOH, I know what’s happening.
In the plex window … Hit Control-F5 and force reload the page.
I’ve had that happen to me.
Which browser are you using?

I am SO sorry about that.
Some browsers get stuck.
Safari must be one of them.
I know FireFox and some versions of Edge get stuck
