Synology Plex Media Server, 1.19.3.2764-ef515a800 issues with incomplete metadata embedding

Server Version#: Synology Plex Media Server, 1.19.3.2764-ef515a800

I just installed a few days ago the latest update of PMS (1.19.3.2764-ef515a800) on my Synology DS216+II. Since then I have issues with getting metadata embedded to my new uploaded movies. When I use “Fix Match” I find the right movie from the Plex Movie Agent but after selecting it the saving of the movie metadata takes about 1 minute (spinning circle) but it only takes the Poster pictures but rest of the movie info isn’t taken over (instead ov rease year 2017 it shows 2020-01-25, no content description nor actors etc is taken over). On the old version of PMS 1.18.5.2309-f5213a238 this did not occur and meta data search was quick and completely taken over and matched to the movies.

Any fix solution?

Could also be the “Fritzbox”-problem…

The Plex Dance didn’t help. I had to completely delete the PMS from my NAS and also remove the Shared Plex Folder on the NAS and do a clean new installation.

I tried it without deleting the Plex shared folder but that did only led to PMS being “halted” on the NAS. Manual restart only worked for a few seconds then PMS was halted again.

The above also solved my below problem " iOS Plex App shows Movie Library as “Server currently not available” but Music, Photos are available":
https://forums.plex.tv/t/ios-plex-app-shows-movie-library-as-server-currently-not-available-but-music-photos-are-available/588958?u=adrian70

Now Plex runs fine again on my NAS and iOS Plex App shows everything as it should.
