PMS for Synology - problem fetching metadata, plus Match function doesn't work

Server Version#: 1.15.4.993
Player Version#: 3.97.4

Hi,
Since I updated the PMS on my Synology NAS it stopped fetching meta-data. Also, when I manually do a “Match” it doesn’t come up with any results, even when I try to change the agents (and I can find the movie on that agent’s database).

Thanks,

Sefi.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt response.

No problem with structure of the files. It worked fine till this PMS version. Also, when I try to MATCH manually it identifies all parameters well just never seems to get access to the servers out there. Same failed search when I try it with already properly matched movies (matched using previous PMS version).

Restarted my router (Synology NAS with PMS as well as PC where I run the Plex Web are connected to the router using GbE), although everything else works fine with it.

I also tried to stop the PMS service on the NAS and the restart it. To no avail.

I erased the previous version of PMS so I couldn’t try to roll back PMS.

Nothing helped.

I’ve had this problem with my Plex docker since updating to 1.15.4.993, as have others. the .994 update did nothing to fix it.

See here: No metadata after updating

Now my Windows apps cannot communicate (cannot find the server) with PMS (Synology 1.15.4.994-107756f7e-x86) , though Android is still working. Tried it from various PCs on my wired network.
What’s going on? How do I roll back PMS?
