Synology Plex Media Server Issues

Hello,
I have Pex on my Synology NAS since years. Sometimes back I lost access to all the libraries. I tryed and reinstalled the server from scratch now, as I did not have time since than. Strangely, while opening using local IP, it does not show me the standard menu thats allows me to create new movie colections/libraries. The same happens if I use the docker to install the plex server on the NAS.

PS: I am behind a NAT, therefore I harve a machine in cloud and do a punch-out. This is unmodified since a few years and for the rest of my services still works. Even for Plex seems to work from outside as I can access it and see & play the Plex “public” movies, but with the same problem of not having an option to create my colections.

Any tips of what to try ?

On what exact version of Syology‘s DSM is that server of yours running?
Are you accessing it from within the same subnet, using its local IP address?

Is DSM 7.1.1 and is the same subnet.
PS: I am afraid I dont remember when stopped working as I did not used for quite some time.
