Is it possible to have two separate plex servers on 1 Synology NAS?

I have a 1520+ with 100tb
I have everything separated into two volumes. Basically Split 50tb & 50tb
Can I run a separate server for each both located on the synology?
Only way I can figure it is adding my second server to a pc but I wanna keep everything centralized on one system if possible. But cannot figure for the life of me how to add a second server on the other volume of drives.
Any thoughts?

I was just curious if the way I was thinking was possible. The servers would never run at the same time. I figured in that way it would be conflicting each other. Well it was worth a ask I guess Thank you very much
