Server Version#: 1.16.3.1402-22929c8a2-x86_64.spk
My server became unresponsive a few days ago, so I restarted my NAS, and the issue persisted.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Plex with no luck.
I wiped and redid everything, and the issue I’m having now is that I can’t claim the server. In Synology, the newest version shows as 1.13.4.5271 even though the installed version shows as 1.16.3.1402.
In the plex web-ui, I’m able to sign in and redo just about everything except for claim it. The version reads as 1.16.3.1402, but notifies that there is an update available. I install it manually and choose the latest version from the plex after sifting through the various versions and update it.
This loop continues, so I tried installed latest version that the synology appcenter (1.13.4.5271) from scratch with no luck. I update from that version, but I get back to the first loop not being able to claim the server.
