Sysnology DS918+ Unable to install

Server Version#:PlexMediaServer-1.18.4.2171
Player Version#:NA

After upgrading the NAS memory to 8 GM, the Plex is unable to run and I uninstall the previous version and apply the latest.
Installation completed but unable to run the package.
Tried both Intel 32-bit and 64-bit and not working.

When searching from Synology Package it works.

Which source should I use.

Please retry with the Plex packages. We give the packages to Synology.
After failure, grab a zip of the logs.

Please see the FAQ in my profile to access the Plex share and get logs manually.

Please clarify what you mean by “Searching from Synology Package”?

Logs yokosin.zip (4.3 MB)

Attached is the zip log

That doesn’t look good.

Did you download the CORRECT “SPK” file and installed it through the package-manager from Synology ? So select “Manual Install” , browse on your PC to the SPK file and everything else is automatic.

I selected the 64-but Intel with Plex enable.
Regarding the corruption no issue to correct this or reinstall Plex.

Changing the version will not correct the database.
What are your wishes?

I manage to reinstall Plex after cleaning the Volume. Thanks in advance
