Will buying and setting up a ip vanish static ip fix this problem

What problem is that exactly?
Getting a publicly routable IP address is a key part of getting remote access to work (not necessarily a static IP address; though many ISPs won’t give you the cheaper option) — I’m not sure if T-Mobile might have some other restrictions in place.
