When tapping any cast or crew member in the iOS app, it always fails to filter content in my library on the first try after launching the app - it shows he entire library. Subsequent tries mostly work, and actually filter the library for content featuring that person.
This has been going on ever since the iOS app redesign. Reinstalling the app doesn’t fix the issue.
I like to browse my library this way, discovering where else did the actors star and creators feature, and this is very annoying.

Are you using your library with the Discover Credits feature (cast/crew pages with their filmography, items in your libraries, items they’re known for) or just to get to a filtered view of the active library?
Opening the actor/crew pages works fine with me (nothing like the issue you’ve described).
No, no Discover tab, I don’t use that at all. I’m talking about Cast and crew thumbnails in the details page of content in my own Library.

While I’m not seeing this exact issues (thanks for the video) I have seen when attempting to select a different library, that a previous library will be selected instead. So the path isn’t the same but the result is very similar. I will state that this is no longer been seen in the latest beta release 2025.27.0 for the player. I don’t see anything specifically calling out our issue in the release notes here, it maybe just some general performance fixes that addressed our issue. If you are able to check out the beta release that just dropped, please do and report back on your issue.
