When I first signed up with PLEX I was given a skin/server by PLEX that gave me access to Movies and TV Shows. I got a PLEX Pass and it still was there working fine. Then I uninstalled the Media Server and Media Player as it was on my work laptop and I needed to return it to the company, new job.
Now I do not have access to the good server/skin and thus do not have access to Movies and TV Shows.
When I ask HELP from PLEX “Chris” tries to tell me I never watched Movies and TV Shows with PLEX.
Nothing seems to correct this problem. I need my account reset so I can again find the screenskin server that has all the PLEX features. currently My server is named after my computer and all I see is local content. I see on left side is :
