I have a big problem with the interface of PLEX. In the starting screen only appears (TIDAL, news, podcast…) How do i see the menu of libraries, channel…?

Bring it back in.
The same thing happens to me, it has already followed the steps and remains the same. I have created a new account and it doesn’t work either.

Now you have deleted your account. But your web browser (and therefore the Plex web app as well) is still logged in to that account.
