PLEX Movies along with the Servers are gone

I was able to watch PLEX movies then I got a PLEX Pass and undated the software and the servers with PLEX disappeared. Have uninstalled and am never given a chance to set up the MOVIES server. Media Player is offline. Servers are offline

What do you mean by Plex movies? Plex does not provide movies. Checking your account, I see that a few days after you got the Plex Pass someone that was sharing their server with you removed you from sharing. If that is the server you are looking for, you will need to contact that user directly.

When I first got PLEX I was able to watch Movies old and new, not yet out on DVD even. Then I removed PLEX on the laptop I installed on as I got a new job and I had it on my “work” laptop. I enjoyed watching movies when out on the road.

I’ve tried everything the articles suggest and still all I get is Nothing seems to correct this problem. PlexMediaPlayer.log (56.0 KB)

Attached is my current LOG file. I need my account reset so I can again find the screenskin server that has all the PLEX features. currently My server is named after my computer and all I see is local content. I see on left side is :

I simply downloaded PLEX and I had Movies. I never shared with anyone. This is bizarre. All these denials and I know I watched movies. This is becoming weird. If you stopped this service then just tell us so we know to look else where.

No, you do not need to share with someone else. Someone was sharing with you. If you were given access to a server by some random person you saw on Reddit or elsewhere on the internet, there is nothing Plex can do to assist. Sharing is between users. We don’t control the shares and cannot add/remove them from your account. Only the person sharing with you has that ability.
