Tautulli - Monitor your Plex Media Server

Is there a preferred place where I can add a feature request for that, beyond asking here? I 100% understand that it’s likely a low priority item.

Since @OttoKerner quietly locked the thread where I originally posted this (if you’re going to lock threads where people are looking for help, take the 5 seconds it takes to shoot them a PM and let them know)… I’ll link this here in the hopes someone has seen this and knows how to fix it:

You likely have two instances of Tautulli running.

I asked for that thread to be locked back in March because we changed to Tautulli. It should not have been reopened when the forums switched to Discourse.

Good theory, I hadn’t thought of that! I see this in task manager (I don’t see anything listed as Tautulli at all). Is this normal?

All well and good, I don’t object to an old thread being closed - just to locking a thread where someone is looking for help and not notifying them. I searched for “Tautulli duplicate entries” and that thread was the one that came up, so that’s where I posted.

Go to the details tab and add/look at the “Command Line” column.

Thanks! I see these - but no indication what’s running on them. Do I need to use the PID somewhere to see if they’re both related to Tautulli?

Which is why I told you to

add/look at the “Command Line” column

Ah, didn’t see an option to add it the first time (the columns available aren’t in alphabetical order so I had to scroll down farther to find it). I still don’t think this is telling us anything helpful though, unfortunately?

You’re not even looking at the python process.

Saw that just as you were responding:

End the process and start it with Tautulli.py.

I’ll try that, thanks!

I’ve only tested this with music so far, but I’m only seeing single entries now. Thank you so much for the quick responses and assistance!

Though I’ve uninstalled, re-installed GeoLite2/Maxmind DB, and restarted Tautulli, version 2.1.14 (on beta branch) doesn’t seem to be allowing me to click the IP addresses/lookup info any longer. Me only? Bug? Intended?

UI issue = clear browser cache.

how do I select the recently added library? as I thought that was default im uncertain how to locate the id or what not

and im running Version v2.1.14 and it still freezes on loading config… I also have reset server even rebooted server pc.

Failed to mention I’d tried this on 2 computers across 3 browsers, 2 of which I’d cleared cache and forced page refresh after having had already re-installed. I’m now viewing it from a Mac at work, and only ONE, the latest/top most entry had a lookup icon. I then (again, like I did yesterday from home) tried the ‘refresh history’ tag and all external addresses got the icon. I’m at a loss as to why it started acting this way. It’s fixed for now however.

Ok, one more question on this. How come my Recently Added items section on my home page is blank:

But if I go into a library it shows all the items added recently?

All movies shown above have been added yesterday and the day before.
