Maybe it has been this way all along, but I just noticed that the tab at the top of my browser that Tautulli is running in has the name of my brother in law’s server and not mine. It is the same on the main screen under “Libraries”. All of the data on the screen and all of the history and such is all my server, just these two pieces. The odd part is that within Plex, if I try to go to his server, it isn’t even on right now.
When I try the URL, it shows my server (and a few “Chrome” devices) with the token shown in the settings. My brother in law’s has a different token, as you would expect. While checking, I got a notice that a new version of Tautulli was available and so I updated. That restarted Tautulli but it still pulls the wrong server name.
I guess I will just wait until tomorrow at 11 AM to see if it gets it right that time.
So, I got home to do what you asked and Tautulli needed me to sign in. I did and, lo and behold, it has everything correct now! Go figure. Thanks for the patience!
Is there a way to trigger an alert when the media scanner starts and/or finishes? I have my scans run every 6 hours and it would be nice to get alerts when they happen (I use Pushover). I don’t necessarily need to be notified when new media is added as this might get annoying and cause too many alerts. I just want the “scanner” event itself.
Hi,
Running Tautulli 2.1.29 on Windows.
When checking for Updates it says its up to date - but Github says something different.
When checking version.txt ist says None - could this be the Problem?
Is anybody experiencing a glitch where the audio info disappears on the main screen when somebody is streaming? I have been noticing this for a little bit now (it’s not really a big deal which is why I’m just posting now) and when I looked a little closer yesterday it looks like it might be related to HD audio (though I haven’t confirmed that fully yet). If I refresh the page the information will appear again for a bit before disappearing. When I see it again I’ll grab a screenshot and add it to the post.
