To confirm, when you say 2 conditions, you mean like “Playback Start” and “Transcode Decision Change” or actual conditions on the conditions tab?

If the former, then yes, you’ll need to make sure your

–jbop stream --username {username} --sessionId {session_id} --killMessage ‘Transcoding streams are not allowed for {stream_video_resolution}p streams.’

is in the “Script arguments” field for both of them.

I did just notice, and I’m not sure if this is a formatting thing in the forum or it’s like this in your actual command, but for the jbop condition you have a long dash as opposed to --jbop.
I’m wondering if it’s partially working but that is causing an issue (if that is true to how it actually is on your end).

It is just a formatting! So it looks like i only get that error on the Nvidia Shield. I tested on a browser, roku and fire tv and it successfully sent the message! Thank you guys for your help. Maybe it just doesn’t work on the shield?

Glad to hear it’s 99% working.
Not sure why you are having the issue on the SHIELD.
I use one of those and I have tested my kill scripts on it and they have worked no issue.
I also have a couple of users that use the SHIELD as well and have the script as triggered with no error.

I don’t really have much else to add at this point, but glad I was able to assist in getting you up and running.
