Temporary recovery code email

Hi,

I turned on 2FA half asleep this morning as I had received an email about a suspicious log in from a different country and I did not save my recovery codes as I am dumb. However, there is now no temporary code coming through to my email - has the suspicious activity locked my account?

I think 2FA only works with an authenticator app. I don’t know that you get a code through your email. It seems you are logged into your account though so you should be able to change your password and all that to make sure your account is safe.

I tried again today and the email came through so its all good. Thanks
