Two Factor - Lost Phone - Email Temp Code Not Working

Lost my phone. and unfortunately I don’t have the recovery codes. Very dumb I realize. It seems like there is an option to send a temp code via email. However, no emails ever show up. Does anyone know if this feature actually works?

on a side note, if i reset password, will it also reset 2FA?

I don’t think it will but I’m also not a Full Time employee (only part time).

Give them ample info to verify it’s you (something in your account they can use to verify it’s you.. and only you)

thanks. reading some other posts, it seems like maybe someone needs to take my email off a blocklist. ive now whitelisted the plex.tv domain

don’t rush it. It issued a temp block (did it to me too) which clears in about an hour. It’s VERY strict right now
