TerraMaster F-220 won't install PMS

I’ve had several issues with TerraMaster since I bought it but primarily it has been an issue to get pms installed.

As of now I have a clean install of TOS the latest version. When I go to install Plex it gets to 26% & freezes. I’ve had this problem since the last couple of versions of TOS except before it didn’t give a percentage progress,

Any suggestions or ideas that might help?
