I just ordered a BeeLink U59 to separate my Plex install from my Synology. I was googling and searching for 2 days to find someone who has made this transition. I finally found this and while this How-To doesn’t spell it out exactly for moving it to a mini-pc running Ubuntu, I was able to figure it out utilizing the docker file at the bottom of the page.
There is a Reddit page where someone laid out exactly how to migrate from Synology to Docker on Ubuntu but it did not take into account that there is the 2.0 structure in DSM 7. The moment I read that the light bulb turned on and I had this up and running in minutes.
