I just wanted to make a post about my appreciation for the public release of 1.41.2.9200. It appears that, finally, the software transcoding option for dvr has fixed the long standing issues I was experiencing when streaming live tv to my roku 4k stick on the LAN, and my surface pro when connected to cellular.
I think I now have my PMS set up how I want it - and it works!
Now to turn off updates until the HEVC functionality is stable and released.
