Hi everyone! I’ve copied “The 15:17 to Paris” to my Plex server, but the poster is not displaying correctly. I’ve tried both with and without a colon and refreshed the metadata. I also checked on IMDB to make sure the name is correct, but I’m not sure where I went wrong. It has been this way since it was uploaded about a week ago. The only difference I can see is that the filename has no colon (because it’s not allowed). Is anyone else having this issue, or is anyone able to see the poster? The “Originally Available” date is also incorrect so it seems the server is not able to locate the movie to find the correct information. Thanks for any help!

is it just missing the poster or do you get no metadata at all?
which agent are you using for your movie library?
try to change the agent to themoviedb, if that is not working unmatch the movie and match again manually by selecting the year and the agent, see if that have any effect

I was missing both the poster and all of the metadata. I have both Plex Movie and The Movie Database listed as my agents.
BUT, your post did help me fix it! I added a dash in the filename, and while it didn’t immediately fix it when I manually refreshed the metadata, it did it on its own a few minutes later. All is good now! Thanks!
