The connection to the server is not strong enough to play this movie

Now i have that problem again. I thought there was an issue one my Plex account. That’s is my 3 Time i had made a new account today. And i have an new server. So why do I have that stupid problem again. I hate it so much. And there are pictures on my chapters on Plex. Why all this?

Sorry… I don’t understand what problem you have or why you’d need to create 3 new accounts.

I got this problem: The connection to the server is not strong enough to play this movie. Plex said that to me

And now there are no pictures in the chapter window in my Plex account. Why all this?

I’m having a feeling we already had that discussion some time ago.

There’s many possible reasons which can cause this behavior. Most commonly it relates to you trying to play a video with a bitrate higher than the available network bandwidth. This can e.g. happen if you try to stream to a device that has a bad reception or a limited network bandwidth (some TVs only have a 100 Mbit LAN port which might not be fast enough for some 4K material).

Keep in mind for your stream to work well, every part of the connection needs to be fit for that. You can have the best network equipment and could still have poor results if the TV / streaming device is using a bad connection – or the server itself is poorly connected.

Obviously the network performance can also be impacted by other parallel activities. If you’re having tons of other parallel activities going on in your network while streaming, this can impact your playback.

Okay. My tv is finlux tv and i use Plex on my apple tv. And i have set i on 4k.

I think that before was a bug in my account

Your account won’t influence the streaming – except you have different accounts with and without Plex Pass and were using hw-accelerated streaming (which requires a Plex Pass membership).

But there was a issue in the account.

But why is there no pictures on chapters on my Plex? There where I can see my chapters.

It’s hard to follow this conversation if we keep jumping between topics.

What issue did your account have and how did that influence the playback/streaming?

Generally there won’t be chapter pictures if the file has no chapters or if Plex had not yet completed the related task of creating chapter pictures for new items. Depending on your server’s load this can take a moment.
There’s also files that support chapters but aren’t supported by Plex.

I cannot tell until you share more information about your issue – e.g. did the file show chapter pictures before and now they’re gone? what kind of file is it – maybe you can share the technical details from the movie’s context menu ( > Get InfoShow XML)

The error caused it to say that the connection to the server is not fast. Yes, there are chapters in many of the movies. and yes, they support it, so I do not understand how they can just disappear by deleting an account and creating a new one. In some movies I have there are pictures, but not all.

Look. There are no pictures. Is there issues with my files?

I don’t know (given you haven’t provided any details about your files).
You could try triggering > Manage Library > Analyze for the library or > Analyze on one of the individual movies. If I remember correctly this should also redo missing chapter thumbs (though I’m not 100% sure)
