"The Guide is empty" in Australia after setup with HDHomeRun and IceTV (PMS 1.18.3.2111 64-bit Ubuntu)

I can watch channels on my HDHomeRun CONNECT Duo using the HDHomeRun app successfully.

However when setting up the Live TV & DVR on my PMS, I was unable to progress past the language select screen. After reading the following forum threads:

I thought the solution would be to use IceTV’s EPG service. I signed up to their free trial and set up the EPG using the guide provided by IceTV.

The guide has finished downloading, but when I go to the guide tab, it says “The Guide is empty”.

My logs are provided and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update #1
I was reading through the logs and noticed the timestamps were incorrect. I hadn’t set a timezone on my OS so the EPG didn’t have any entries since I’m GMT+11.
I can now see the guide but cannot load the channels.

Update #2
I restarted the VM running PMS and it is working now but buffering, but that appears to be a hardware problem for me. Hopefully there will not be a third update!
