So now to the feature I want to request, please make it possible to cast live TV from any device to chrome cast. This would be the best solution for this problem that I can think of.
Or build in a IPTV functionality that is fully supported and works.

Use telly or xteve with the Plex DVR. Works great. Plugins are being deprecated so you can’t expect them to work forever.
