Hi, all
Just ripped the second season of the last of us .
Now im trying to name the folders so plex can see /read the see them and add them to my library but nothing is working .
folder/ The last of us season 2 (2025) / season 2 / the last of us season 2 /s02 e01- Future Days.mkv/ “tv show in here”
now this is pretty much the same way as i have season 1 which works in displaying the show ., but as i say can’t get Season 2 to work !?
any one know why ?
Remove the space character between season and episode numbers.
Season 2 belongs into the same “show” folder as season one.

Thank you very much ,
couldn’t figure out what was stopping it , a simple space between the season and episodes lol
cheers
What are your settings for media scanning? Be sure to have TVDB checked. Use this as the title of your season 2 folder and then do a Library scan.
The last of us (2020) {tvdb-2172681}
The TMDB/TVDB ID is supported only on the show folder, not on season folders.
The TMDB/TVDB ID is used to tell Plex which show to match, not for episode ordering.
To configure episode ordering for a specific show: Edit the show ( ) > Advanced > Episode Ordering = TMDB Aired / TVDB Aired / etc.

I just use what Plex uses !! iv never had to search around for the information before.
i just scan the Library and Plex picks up the data …
couldn’t get Plex to “read” the folders/flies due to me not having the correct “wording” for the folders , now that it’s correct , i have all the “data” and im able to play the season from my server/Nas
