The latest PlexMediaServer-1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b-x86_64.spk can't find metadata

Server Version#: 1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b-x86_64

The latest PlexMediaServer-1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b-x86_64.spk can’t find metadata. The search returns no results for new content added to DS918+ and there is no option to manually search. The manual search was used to be available before.

Is there a way I can download the previous version?

Do you mean it does not find your files
-or-
It finds the files but can do nothing with them?

Can you download the DEBUG logs which capture this?

  1. DEBUG loggging on, VERBOSE off
  2. Scan files -or- Refresh Metadata (as appropriate)
  3. When complete,
  4. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  5. Attach that ZIP file

I had the same issue on the 1.21… And I’m having the same issue even after upgrading to 1.22.Plex Media Server Logs_2021-03-08_15-24-46.zip (3.6 MB) Cheers
