Plex account doesn't recognize the server

Server Version#: 1.25.3.5409

Hi all

I’ve recently had to re-install the PMS, but during the process faced an issue - after installing a new PMS instance, when I try to add a library, I’ve got a screen to install the PMS.
First I thought that this was an issue with the host when I’m trying to install it, but later I installed it on a clean linux machine without any additional network restrictions and got the same result. So I think something is wrong with my account.
Where should I look to resolve this?
