Our company has a fixed external network ip, each computer uses the assigned fixed intranet ip login, I installed a plex media server on one of the computers, the remote access function can sometimes be used, sometimes the display can not be used but can be used, but It didn’t take a while to use it.

When enable remote access, it shows fully accessible outside your network, but after a while, it becomes not available outside your network. This is a situation; sometimes it shows not available outside your network, but it can also be used by external network. I don’t know what time I can’t use it.

I too have experienced this same issue and have been spinning my wheels over the past couple of months trying to find a solution.

I use an enterprise-class firewall, and after some time I hear that users cannot connect to my server remotely. HTTP/S services all work fine on the same public/internal IP, but my manually forwarded PLEX server does not work for some of my remote 50+ friends/family.

It gets worse over the weekend, when my server is on 24/7.

Curious your findings, or anything else others can provide for clarity.
