The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show - Plex Won't Import DVD Order

Title says it all…

The files are named properly (The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show - S01E01 - {name}) from E01 through E26. Without the {} of course.

On the THETVDB.COM, the DVD order shows the same episode numbering.

thetvdb is the first agent in the list for tv shows in my server settings.

When I add the show to my library, it defaults to Aired Order with each individual segment getting its own episode, which is wrong. They don’t even match what I see online on thetvdb.com for aired order. When I change the series settings to DVD Order and refresh metadata, it renames the episodes according to what is displayed in Aired Order on thetvdb.com.

I just updated to the most recently release of PMS( 1.19.4.2935) and tried again after doing the Plex Dance, and I get the exact same results.

What am I doing wrong to pull the DVD order?

Honestly, I’m not sure how it works but it doesn’t seem to be setup for DVD order. Or, at least, it’s setup very different than other series I’ve encountered.

Interesting… so even though thetvdb has a DVD order listed, its not necessarily what comes through to Plex through the API?
