The Server app allways take full use of one (virtual)core

My english is poor.
but what i mean is just like this: Constant CPU usage on 1.14.1.5488 solved by downgrading to 1.14.0.5470
and this: 1.14.1.5488 is maxing out my MacBook Pro's CPU 24/7
