Looking for help. Novice Plex user. I have the Plex server setup at my house. I have no issues logging in while outside my network with the Plex app on my iPhone. No issues.
I have created a user for a friend of mine and he’s had no issues for the past year or so. All of a sudden, he gets a message “Media Server Status” Having trouble accessing a server? DESKTOP-HCCBBUS Unavailable. This server is offline or unreachable. Any help would be appreciated. I even choose his user account when I log in outside of the network and I have no issues.
PM me the username or email address of your friend so I can check if sharing has been setup properly for them.
