Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files

Anyone else have this problem? The Stand is a TV movie in four parts. I have added it in both TV and Movie sections and in both, I cannot see files. They are .mp4 files. But Plex cannot see these unless it is in a folder I named Other. Any ideas on how to get Plex to see this. Thanks in advance

Thanks. That did the trick. What I didn’t have was the 0 before the 1 in file name. I had Season 1 instead of Season 01.
