The subtitles doesn't work on xbox one if the show is on MKV

I cant watch tv shows or movies if I add some subtitles and only if the video is in MKV

Hi there. What do you mean by the subtitles don’t work? The video doesn’t start playing? The subtitles don’t appear during playback?

The subtitles dont appear and the application stops every time
