There is no access to the server

My server is not displayed in my account. The settings page of my server on the local network does not open. There is no access to the server for all devices on the local network.It turned out only to connect an LG TV (WEBOS) to the server.
I checked - when connected to the TV , the server opens the 32400 udp port .
I read the information on your website about this problem .
I have already checked all possible causes of this problem.

The last possible reason is the latest update of the WESTERN DIGiTAL MY CLOUD software (VERSION 5.23.114)

Can you see/access your server using the WD NAS’ local IP address (e.g. http://[WD NAS IP address]:32400/web)?

It doesn’t work.

In general, I made a clean installation. I had to connect via ssh after removing the plex server to delete the remaining files.
Let’s hope that the developers will deal with this problem in the future.
