I’m having an error trying to sync a TV show. I know it’s not a permission issue, because I have sync’d TV shows to this device in the past and I have 2 movies currently sync’d to the device. Logs from device and server and screenshot attached.

Anyone from support able to take a stab at this?
Restart the Plex Server and grab a fresh set of logs, it looks like it is confused on about the default gateway and the phone is timing out.

The latest beta has a fix for default adapter and a fix for Sync on BSD systems, don’t know if it will help you or not. I would remove the two sync lists that are stuck and see if the rest start to progress, otherwise the normal fix is to remove/re-add sync lists.
