Sync music from plex server

I get an error:

There was an error adding the item to sync. please check your internet connection and try again later

When trying to sync my new installed plex music. I can strea the music fine, but no synchronization is possible.

I checke,d and my plex app has permiisons to save to my SD car.d

Where can I look for possibel reasons?

I was following up to see if anyone might be able to help with my synchronization issue?

No luck yet so far on my own.
