I can’t edit just this one file and it has this stupid thumbnail.
I’ve removed it from my server, put it back.
Changed the file name in the folder
Tried different pictures, url vs upload

This is under the new plex media setting, and this is the only movie out of hundreds with this problem.

Did you try editing the movie poster using the localhost version? There could be an issue with the web version in the Plex for Windows version. Just a thought. If the problem persists only in the Plex for Windows app, then you can report this issue to the devs or have this thread tagged appropriately. Be sure to include what versions of the apps and server you have installed. If you’re just trying to get this one film resolved, then try the other methods below first.

Accessing Plex Web App Directly in the Browser

On all platforms, you can access Plex Web App on your local network. From any computer on the local network:

http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web

(e.g. http://192.168.1.25:32400/web) Or locally, from the computer running the server:

http://localhost:32400/web
or
http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

I had already tried that and it didn’t work, but it did this time.

It was named and everything was fine, then just one day it didn’t have any information with it.
