Plex can find the folders on the NAS and it can scan them - it is showing it is but the library is not available to view.
can access folders / files via network on win10 laptop but not via Plex
the only reason i have Plex is have too many files for Sonos so paid for Plext in order to access these files.
NAS is WD Mirror Drive has latest firmware and Plex app
it used to work !
am getting very fed up with Plex - no customer service
