So i’m getting the error when watching certain MKV files.
Hope someone can help as its getting rather painful.
Interestingly enough i am unable to even open a series, it just gives a similar error.

I know this isn’t a fix, but try using a different browser (Google Chrome) and
see if you get a different result.
In my experience, if you want to watch a video, you’ll get better results
using “Plex Media Player” instead of (trying to) watch the video in
the webapp. I only use the webapp for administration type stuff now.
Try Plex Media Player and see if you like it.

I use the web-app because i found the windows app horrendous and would go out of sync so often.

So i just tried it an it plays the files i couldn’t get it to play.
So simple.
Thanks for the advice.
Will wait for someone to just look at the log files and make sure its not something else.
