I’m having this exact issue. Everything was fine up until a few hours ago when I started getting this message intermittently when scrolling through my libraries. I’ve tried everything I can think of including rolling back to an older version of the server application. It’s driving me nuts… !

This has been happening to me for a month now, got much worse when the Plex content arrived. I’ve unpinned that, but my server still drops out every hour or so. Bizarrely, it’s not even available via a browser on the machine the server is running on (i.e it’s not a remote connection issue).

This was a great, reliable app about seven years ago. A few years of building on technical debt for features nobody needed (like free low-grade content) appear to have ruined it.

If by ā€œitā€ you mean the ad-supported VOD then that’s because it’s online media that isn’t dependent on a Plex server; all that is needed is a Plex account.

As for the bug, it’s fixed in the hosted version of the web app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop) and it will be fixed in other clients (including the local web app) in upcoming releases.

I’m still seeing this. Again, is there anyone I can talk to directly? I haven’t been able to use plex in over a month now.

Okay, I used that url. I need more guidance here, as it’s not displaying my library. It’s just showing stuff that Plex has. Sorry I’m a noob. Hold my hand, please. :stuck_out_tongue:
