It seems theRenamer doesn’t work with the 1803 build of Windows 10! So frustrating. I’ve used the tool for a lot of years to rename TV Shows (and the occasional movie) and sort them into folders automatically (as part of a script). It’s been a fantastic and simple to use tool, very effective at what it does, but it’s been unsupported since around 2014. It seems the dev has completely abandoned it and isn’t going to return.
Does anyone have a too they use? I’m looking for something that I can run as part of a script and just let it go, minimal to no intervention. I’ve considered FileBot, but I didn’t have much luck with it when it was free (too complicated and I didn’t have the time to figure it out). Now that it’s a paid app, I’m hesitant to pay for it as I don’t know that it will fit my needs. If anyone has experience with it or another app, I’d definitely be appreciative to hear your experiences.
