TheTVdb.com agent issues

I’ve been experiencing a problem with the TheTVDB.com agent when trying to get metadata on TV series. I’ve never had a problem with it before, but this latest issue has been happening (for me at least) over the past couple of months.

I am using the recommended structure for series, i.e.:
Series-Name
Season01
Series-Name.s01e01.Episode_Name_1.mkv

However, after the agent scans, I am not getting episode information. Sometimes the series information is not what appears on TheTVDB.com.

Looking at the agent scanner logs it would appear it is getting an “Not Authorized” response to the http request:

I have done the Plex Dance, but it changed nothing.

Any solutions to this problem?

do you have this issue (no metadata downloaded) for all shows you’re added during that time?
same behavior when you manually match / fix-match?

I have added other series that have loaded the metadata correctly. And I have tried to fix the match, re-analyze the ones failing but no joy. I don’t understand why it is hit and miss.
