TheTVDB Metadata not working. Showing Date Only

Is anyone else having issues with TV Show Metadata? I have added 4 shows today and they are only syncing the title and production date. No posters, episode titles or overviews are downloading.

I have uploaded thetvdb log from my server.

Try this:
settings > Agents > Shows > TheTVDB and move TheTVDB to the top of the list (above local media assets), save and refresh your metadata

Can you check permissions on any of the directories in this path.

Hi,

They all seem to be owned by the user ‘plex’ and have the same permissions.
