Hi everyone, so I recently added to Plex an episode of a series that TheTVDB had as a duplicate episode number for (as per the screenshot). I have The Love Boat episode and Plex picked it up as Bob Newhart (I guess because it has an earlier aired date). I contacted TheTVDB about it and they’ve changed the Bob Newhart episode to further down the list, so The Love Boat episode is now the only E01. I removed the video from Plex and then re-added it but Plex still matches it as the Bob Newhart episode. I have Plex TV Series set as the agent for my TV library so is that the problem? Do I need to change it to TheTVDB? Or does the Plex TV Series information need updating somewhere? Or is there something else I can do without having to change the information manually myself? TIA 
Changes from TheTVDb will take some time to get passed along to / picked up by Plex. Give it 2-3 days then refresh the metadata of that show.
