Think I have a Double NAT...need help!

Hi Guys, have had remote access working a few times but have changed my router situation around and now cannot seem to get it working.

Here is my setup.

Have my main internet coming into a Wireless Router/Modem (HITRON CODA-4582) This is the main modem/router from Rogers (My provider). From there it goes to a Samsung Connect Home (Mesh Wifi Router 4-Hubs…very similar to Google Wifi).

From the modem itself (CODA-4582) it has assigned a IP of 192.168.0.10 to the only ethernet connected device which is the Samsung Connect Home. The Samsung connect home has assigned a IP to my Plex server of 192.168.1.232.

So what I have tried is setting the CODA-4582 (Modem/router) to Port Forward 32400 to IP 192.168.0.10 (the Mesh router).
Then in the Mesh Router (Samsung) Ive found my Plex server (Computer) and Port forwarded 32400 on IP 192.168.1.232. It allows an external and an Internal port…I left it on external.

Needless to say I cannot get remote access to work. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

NOTE: I did have it working when I connected the Plex Server Computer directly to the CODA-4582 Modem/router and port forwarded 32400 to the IP assigned to the server (192.168.0.11) but this seems to be an extra layer and not agreeing with me.

Thanks for any help or suggestions.
Kris
