this server is not powerful enough to convert video.
it didn’t happen to me before.
only with 4k movies,I want to see them on my PC and do not want to convert them and all movies are seen without problems in the mobile application
What Plex client are you using?
If Plex Web, suggest trying Plex for Windows. It has more features, is more capable, and is less likely to transcode audio or video than Plex Web.

No idea.
However, Windows browsers cannot direct play H.265 video (i.e. 4k HDR movies). They also have very limited audio support. All of that forces Plex Media Server to transcode video and audio.
Plex for Windows does not have the same limitations. Many more video and audio codecs direct play.
That is why I suggested using Plex for Windows instead of Plex Web. It should provide you a better experience, no matter the version of PMS.
